Working Hours & Client Billing Policy

At SSC, we prioritize a flexible work environmentto support a healthy work-life balance while ensuring project delivery andstrong team collaboration.

  • CoreOffice Hours:
    Allemployees are required to be present in the office from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.These hours enable efficient teamwork and ensure availability during peakproductivity times.
  • FlexibilityOutside Core Hours:
    Employeesmay choose their own start and end times beyond the core hours, provided theymeet project deadlines and maintain consistent productivity.

Our flexible approach empowers individuals tomanage their time effectively while aligning with client and team expectations.

Overtime Policy

At SSC, we value the dedication of our team and ensure fair recognition forextra hours worked beyond the standard 8-hour workday.

  • Utilizationof Overtime:
    Employeesare encouraged to use accrued overtime for personal time off (PTO) or vacations,promoting rest and balance.
  • HealthyBalance:
    SSCrecommends using accrued overtime within 6months of earning it, supporting a balanced workload andwell-being.
Work From Home Policy

At SSC, we support flexibility to help employees manage personal needs whilemaintaining professional excellence. Team members may work from homefor personal reasons, subject to management approval based onproject needs, team coordination, and individual responsibilities.

We ensure seamless communication and provide the tools needed for effective remotecollaboration. This policy reflects our commitment to a supportive,adaptable work environment that balances well-being with clientdelivery.

Leave Policy

SSC believes infostering a work life balance. Our leave policy is relaxed and additionalprivileges can be unlocked as you progress through your career at SSC.

Bereavement Policy

We understand thateveryone needs time not only to grieve and recover from the loss but also tosupport others and perform rituals or duties.

SSC offers paid andunpaid time-off for an employee on compassionate grounds in case of death of animmediate family member.

The duration ofleave is proportional to the number of years served in SSC.

Maternity / Paternity Leave

Maternity Leave will be applicable from the time that the employee takesleave in the period of her pregnancy and / or post delivery.

  • The employee shall receive full pay and benefits for the first 3 months of her Maternity Leave.
  • SSC provides 5 days of paidpaternity leave.
Bonuses and Rewards
  • Gratuity
    Eligible employees will receive gratuity payments in accordance with government norms.
  • Employee Reward Programme
    Employees who have completed 5 continuous years at SSC with consistent merit and performance may be eligible for a share in SSC’s annual profits, at management’s discretion.

    Details regarding eligibility, reward pool, and disqualification are determined case by case by management.
